The Bangor Business Awards are a highlight of the business calendar. The awards provide the opportunity to recognise and highlight both individuals and businesses who, despite economic challenges, continue to bring prosperity and growth to the Borough and make Bangor a great place.

The successes and contributions of our business community are especially valuable to the prosperity and development of our shared vision to ensure continued growth in the economy, to welcome visitors and to improve our places, both urban and rural.

We can hardly believe that it has been 19 consecutive years of our local awards! The time has gone so fast and we have seen many changes in Bangor. However, we are delighted to be bringing you the Bangor Business Awards once again. We are a key date in the Bangor business calendar and we delight in presenting our local winners on an annual basis.

The Gala night this year is confirmed for Friday 11th October 2019, in the Clandeboye Lodge Hotel. We shall get our glad rags on and join together to recognise, reward and celebrate the very Best of Bangor with over 300 guests.

The Bangor Business Awards are such a well-established, vital part of the local Bangor business calendar and provide a real incentive for local businesses to be recognised for their commitment to growth, investment, customer service best practice and high standards. We are encouraged that entries grow year-on-year and the judging process gets more difficult; however, the outcome is that we reward an exceptional standard of winners and we’re sure 2019 will be no exception.

Our award categories are carefully selected to reflect the Bangor area and allow our local businesses to promote themselves and celebrate the many excellent business and individuals in Bangor. The awards are FREE to enter. Take a look through this document and then enter online before the closing date of Monday 2^nd September 2019.
